
With a proud history spanning nearly 70 years, we provide a supportive environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels — from those just starting out to those competing at higher levels.
Athletics is a summer sport, running from October to March.
Junior Club Nights — Tuesdays, 5:30–7:00pm (Ages 5-14)
Includes middle distance races (800m & 1500m) from 5:10pm for those interested. Club nights are a great introduction to athletic techniques for new athletes and a valuable extra training session for those with more experience. More about Junior Club Nights.
Junior Coaching — Thursdays, 5:30–7:00pm (Ages 10+)
Event-specific training sessions led by experienced coaches to build technique, strength, and flexibility. These sessions include a group warm-up followed by two coaching rotations based on athletes' chosen events. More about Junior Coaching.
Senior Coaching — Training days/times vary (Ages 14+)
We’re proud to offer high-quality, specialist coaching for senior athletes across a range of disciplines such as sprints, middle/long distance, hurdles, jumps and throws. More about Senior Coaching.
Cross Country (Harriers) is a winter sport, with the season running from April to September.
Cross Country Training & Events — Various days/times (All ages)
Our cross country program includes regular training and interclub cross country events. It’s a great way to build endurance, stay active through winter, and enjoy competitive or social racing in a supportive team environment. More about Cross Country.
